Welcome to my newsletter!
My name is Mukesh Prasad. I graduated with 55-NDA (55th course of National Defence Academy of India) where along with military training, I also received a Bachelor of Science degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University of India. In addition I have two graduate degrees from Yale University of USA – an M.S. 1981 and an M.Phil. 1988.
I have used the pseudonym Limot on a few sites, but most usage has been rather sporadic, except on Seeking Alpha where I shared my thoughts in over a thousand comments.
SeekingAlpha.com is a stock-analysis site, though the stock market discussions invariably go off-topic from time to time. In addition, there are news articles, and naturally the discussion there is not about stocks but about the news.
I decided to leave Seeking Alpha after a comment on a News Article was censored. Seeking Alpha disabled my account when I asked the account to be deleted, therefore my articles there are still available.
The comment was very important, removing it seemed extreme to me and showed a very problematic attitude, not just with Seeking Alpha but with society in general. I will review the details in a future post.
I plan to cover investing-related topics in this newsletter, but also wide ranging topics of general interest, such as the fast maturing field of Artificial Intelligence.
